Deal Beach Parlour - Dover

Not given to writing poor reviews but needs must. Only ordered two Mr Whippy ice-creams but the girl behind the counter got the order wrong! The card reader was thrown down. Has the card been accepted? A grunted response. Nothing positive to say and spoiled a lovely day. There are plenty of places to go where you might be treated with some respect. Or, at the very least, with politeness. And, to top it all, the ice-cream ended up in the bin because the appalling service had left a bad taste in the mouth.

Visited yesterday as the weather was beautiful. Always a winner with all of us . So much to choose from and you can sit in or take away . For us as a family we buy and take across the road and sit on the sea benches . I love the 99 in pink and white . I’d love to show you photo but I don’t post children so sorry. This is an iconic place to go .

This place is amazing I love it. All of the food and drinks are so good, I love the new look (Decor) very clean, the staff listen to all of your requests.my grandparents always take us there. I give it 5/5 stars round of applause to the owners. thank you for all that you do for Deal

What an amazing little gem !!!! we sat on the window seat with an amazing scenic view , icecreams were beautifully priced for the size and staff were were friendly and welcoming ! would definitely come again

They had no chips we all had panni very poor quailty was burnt bacon was frazzled kids meal very limted choice a lot of money for just snacks
