Great China - Dover

Not sure why their reviews are so low, but I was here twice and I have to say they deliver and the food is good

Okay, that was my second time from this restaurant. The first time everything was perfect. This second time they made a mistake, I ordered a large spare rib and instead got a large bone rib. Anyone who likes Chinese ribs knows that there is a great difference in texture and taste. I called, honestly, just to notice the mistake so that they would pay better attention to all future orders, and the guy on the phone immediately said: "I am so sorry, what is your address, we bring out the right order immediately." I didn't want or expected it to be corrected. That says so much about this business and makes immediately that I want to continue ordering from them. People make mistakes, they didn't hesitate to do it right. Her food is also pretty good, no complaints from me!

Do not get bad for Chinese, decent when you order the typical Chinese take dishes.

I don't want to say that food was bad, but it wasn't very good. Compared to most Chinese restaurants, it is at the bottom. I probably wouldn't order here sincerely. The sweet and sour chicken was ok and so were the fried donuts. But the orange chicken and the general Tso chicken just tasted. Maybe it was pork. Something was wrong with it and it was bad.

Not very nice or friendly. One staff member was cooking and handling the front. So cold he had his coat on. Very dark inside. Not using dine in only take out and door dash.
