Well, first you chop the meat so miniscule that it looks like tender vittels for the cat. Not to mention the small portion. We went home and ate after. Don't go!!! Terrible.
It's no surprise that the restaurant was nearly empty. When I went there, the young lady working seemed disinterested in her job. I ordered a fruit salad and didn't see her wearing gloves. When we ordered a natural juice and my mother asked for ice, the girl sighed and reluctantly added it. It's common sense to add ice on a hot day. I don't know why she got so upset; it's not a difficult task to add ice. Maybe we should try the restaurant next door, Monchys, for fruit salad and fresh juice. They might have better customer service.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, but they really need to work on improving their customer service as it is quite lacking. Additionally, they always seem to ask if we need cutlery, which is a bit annoying.
The restaurant in Dover offers a variety of lunch options that are very satisfying. The food was delicious, but the staff could improve their customer service by being more friendly, efficient, and proactive.
Very good
