By 9:30 am (WEEK DAYS) if there are any fresh baked Souffles left... they are usually hard, dry barely lukewarm. Often all shriveled almost cold flat tasting. I remember when ALL the Souffles flavors became PANERA menu items. They were always,YUMMY! then...always served hot creamy crispy instead of soggy cold. NOT worth the $8.00 I spent over past few weeks forthis soggy, almost warm breakfast pastry. NEVER AGAIN! I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON AT THIS PANERA......SBUX is right up thestreet! and much, much better!
Selected 1star because you have to if I didn't definitely have 0 stars. This is absolutely the WORST Fontega "panini$ I've ever had from here. Paninis are not cooked in the oven. And when she mentioned to the girl, she explained that they were all cooked now when I went away to imitate her, she as I said paninis were pressed. If you do not want to make Paninis right, do not call them paninis, they are just regular sandwiches. Panera was very sad. It used to be my way, but not anymore..

I was too many Panera's and again and again, but this franchise has everything wrong! Everything I ordered was miniaturized and/or not very tasty... instead I recommend the short drive to the Panera at the Market Basket Plaza at Woodbury Ave in Newmarket, NH... I have never been disappointed by this franchise!
