Taffy Cafe - Dover

Sadly, my first visit to Taffy Cafe was very disappointing. It was a very quiet Saturday afternoon. I was greeted with Do you want something? by the guy behind the counter, who was obviously annoyed I interrupted his laptop time. No sandwiches were being made. No pastries to buy. Only coffee and self serve frozen yogurt were available. I chose a waffle cone (stale) with cherry amoretto on the bottom and southern pecan on top. Both were icy and flavorless. Cute decor, not much else.

Service was a bit of a problem. There was only one person there who was on her phone the whole time. The Frozen yogurt was not good. It was worse than the Dover delis which is just a cross the street. I would not recommend it.
