Panera Bread - Dover Air Force Base

The store was clean. Food was the standard Panera, which I enjoy.

I will say food quality was good, I enjoyed my meal but the staff is rude. I hate when I thank somebody and they say “mhm” with an attitude please teach your employees better customer service.

My first time was a little confusing. I asked for the soup and sandwich special advertised on tv and was told it was only on the app. So disappointing. Will not return.

Update 17 Feb 2024: I don't understand how your sandwich bread is fresh, but the two French baguette loaf's were not. Ever heard of first in first out? What will I do with rock hard loaf's of bread?To be honest, I only come here for my wife.

Portions have gotten smaller for salads and mac and cheese. I had one pecorino pepper , 3 olives in the Greek salad and that is not yhe first time.. They use large bowls to give the impression that it is big. I still go because the kids like the mac cheese. Staff is friendly
