Mcdonald's - Dover Plains

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The young girl taking orders was quite unpleasant and seemed to overcharge. For a medium soda priced at $2.04, I gave her $2.10, and she insisted the total was actually $2.96, which meant I had to give her an extra dollar. In the end, I ended up paying $3.10 and received just four cents back. It was really annoying. Service: 1/5.

I was very disappointed during my visit. They refused to make a Chicken Big Mac because they didn't have a button for it. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of competence in customer service these days. All they needed to do was swap the beef patties for chicken, but they couldn’t manage that. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.
