Pizza Palazzo - Down

I would recommend staying away from this restaurant. I ordered a pizza with cheese and ham toppings, but it looked more like a cheese toastie and was not edible.

I ordered delivery and was told it would arrive in 30-40 minutes, but it took an hour to arrive. When it finally made it, the food was cold. When I went in to complain, I was told that nothing could be done and that the food was warm when it left. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I used to enjoy this restaurant, especially their cheesy garlic bread. However, recent visits have left me disappointed. The garlic bread now consists of just pizza dough and cheese, with no garlic in sight. Any garlic present is clumped at the crusts and unpleasant to taste. I hope they return to their previous quality. Additionally, they have increased their prices, but the quality has not improved.

Great pizza. Very good value, Staff friendly helpful. We went into restaurant to order our take out. Definitely recommend for take out, only has 3-4 tables which are fine for a quick eat. Have visited here over past few years when we visit Newcastle. Will visit again.

Ordered 9 chicken nuggets which I got within 10 minutes, then ordered a 10 inch pizza which would not be expected to take longer than 10 minutes. The woman realised after I had asked for a refund that she didn’t place my order through. The shop was also empty. Won’t ever be back.
