Just a gross experience. I used to come here all the time a few years back and decided to grab some today. Wow the flavors taste weird, the toppings are stale. Strawberries taste minty, the mochi are hard as rocks. Quality of the ingredients is so low. Not coming back.

Sign on door says open at 430. It’s after 430 and there’s no one there. Is this location still operating? Inside looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile with Valentine’s Day decor falling off the register area.

A few years back, this place was thriving. staff was always kind, owners were great. the overall quality has slowly declined and every visit i've left more and more disappointed. there's barely any room to sit, the staff is rude, the hours are inaccurate and overall the toppings taste stale and it isn't kept clean. i will no longer be returning to menchies but will remember the memories i had when it was at its best!
