El Pollo Loco - Downey

I went back to this location but I'm very disappointed, I specifically ask no onion in the tacos, when I went to tell them I got another order but .. here is the picture.. they couldn't chopped the cilantro

Food is always wrong. Chicken is always burnt. This is probably the worst place to eat ever! They never give you what you ask for. I bought a loco salad with creamy cilantro dressing and they didn’t give it to me so when the food got delivered it was missing the large order of rice and the creamy cilantro and the chicken was not tasty because it was burnt.

Good food, but customer service is unprofessional and unacceptable.Parking: Store on Firestone and woodruff in Downey CA.

The food is good, the bad thing is in your bathroom. It's kind of unpleasant trying to use it. It's never clean

Tables where a bit dirty, but other than that, service was quick and food was good, but it was Raining...
