Service sucks!! The music was Ok, it got better once more people came in. Got the bill and we got charged for a cover fee, and no one told us it was a cover fee.
I will give this place 5 stars for old time's sake, this place used to be my goto hookah place, I used to go to this spot 2-3 times a week, the staff is very friendly, and hookah used to be very good, things I hate there is a cover charge on weekends, very loud music, even when they play movies the music is way too loud, they started selling an alcoholic beverage that is way too expensive. They should bring new flavors to hookah, bring fruit head bowls and stop charging people cover charges on weekends, and the music is really loud. Either stop selling alcoholic beverages or sell them at a reasonable price.
This place has a relaxing environment that you can enjoy alone or with a group of people. The glow in the dark art work gives this lounge a unique vibe setting that I enjoy to look at.
Saw my first show at Mosaik Hookah Lounge last night, and it was a great venue. It's small enough so that everybody feels involved and there isn't a bad spot, and the bar area is big and can accommodate a lot of people. I appreciate the efficiency of the place in getting tickets from will call, drinks from the bar, coats from coat check.
