Contribuisci feedbackI love the chicken dishes at this restaurant. I can only eat here every 3-5 months. Unfortunately, most of my free days are on Sundays.
The restaurant had a very long line for the drive-thru, with a child working hard to bring orders to over 24 cars. Online ordering is definitely recommended here. It took almost 15 minutes after ordering and paying to receive the food, while sitting in a crowded drive-thru. The staff is efficient, but the wait can be quite long.
I went through the drive-thru and it was crowded as usual. I waited for my food for half an hour, but unfortunately received the wrong order. I was unable to go back and had to leave. I tried calling to resolve the issue but got no answer. The staff did their best, but it seems like they are understaffed. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the experience.
This Chick-fil-A is the most disorganized one I've ever visited. I placed a straightforward mobile order, but after entering the drive-thru line, I sat at the pickup window for 10 minutes and watched 12 cars that arrived after me leave before me. The staff asked me what my name was three separate times. Eventually, I had to take someone else's order because I was causing such a delay that the cars behind me were unable to move despite already receiving their food. It baffles me how such a situation can even occur.
I received complimentary nuggets thanks to the Sixers game. The Polynesian sauce is the perfect condiment for the fries. Having my food brought to me made me feel special and important. I felt like a VIP! Thank you Chick-fil-A for the great experience. I didn't take a picture of my food, but I have a photo of my dog you can enjoy while I try to figure out the ingredients in that delicious Polynesian sauce.
