Primo Hoagies - Downingtown

These guys definitely deserve raises! There was a minor issue with my order, but they went above and beyond to fix it. It was a 10/10 experience, and the hoagies were fantastic!

The service was quick, but the sandwiches were just average. My turkey sandwich had more turkey than veggies, which was a bit disappointing. My friend's chicken hoagie with raab was dry and lacked flavor. Considering this was our first visit, it's likely to be our last.

The sandwiches are expertly made and surpass many others. There's a fantastic variety to choose from, including meatball, chicken cheese steak, and all your Italian favorites. If you join their club, you'll also receive special offers.

Whoever is responsible for this place gets it clear. I order for myself and for big events quite often. With this position orders are always 100% accurate, the interior is incredibly clean, the staff is about as friendly as they come and the Huagies are always ready when they say they will be. Hungry? Don't look. This is your place.

Food was good as usual, it took unusually long to get the food but they were really busy and working really hard. I applaud them for delaying taking phone orders to catch up. One woman older than the others was clearly not helping much while the others did laps around her. I will still go back though.
