Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I had an absolutely remarkable experience at this Freddy’s. I was enthusiastically served by potentially one of the best employees the service industry has ever seen, Wally. To say the least, he’s him. Not only was my food served hot and quick, it was nothing short of delicious. I could tell that each fry was made with love. The plethora of fry sauce I received with my order was an extra nice touch that did not go unnoticed. Overall my experience was serendipitous. 10/10 will grub again.

Every time we have visited this location, the order has been delivered to us exactly as we requested. And, the service is fast. This is going to be our preferred Freddy's location going forward.

Usually have good experience with the food. Last night ordered cheese curds, got little chicken instead. Took it back today with receipt and they supposedly cooked cheese curds. Got home, and it’s chicken again!! Ordered the page to share with hubby. Not worth $8 if not going to get order right. I’m so disappointed right now. Was looking forward to the cheese curds. Will be a long time before we go back.

2 old ladies came in for lunch, just before it started to get busy. We hadn't been to Freddy's before today. Wally helped us with making food and serving size choices. He also offered to deliver our food. He suggested a kid size shake rather than small. It was the perfect size. He was great. We plan to come back again. Some of the tables had residue from previous eaters. Our table was the cleanest and crumbs were wipeable.Vegetarian options: The veggie burger met my needs. I saw the veggie burger and did not look for other entrées. This is a steakburger fast food restaurant, vegetarian offerings were a nice addition. French fries were difficult to eat as finger food by arthritic hands. I left most of the fries. Too much. A fork was needed. My friend had a steakburger and cheese curds. The serving sizes were more appropriate for her. We loved our kid size hot chocolate shake.Parking: We needed handicapped parking and it was available .Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking was right by the main entrance. A slight bump to the sidewalk from the parking space.

Went into Freddy's for lunch today, the place was fairly busy but Walter the manager) and the staff handled the rush well. My food was fresh, hot and delicious. The best service all around from this location and plan to return soon.Parking: Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: A great place to bring the kids for ice cream
