We have dined at this restaurant for dinner and special occasions multiple times. The food is consistently delicious and the service is professional and friendly. We always make reservations in advance and are promptly seated upon arrival.
It is a beautiful place. It’s picturesque inside and out but the service and food were not up to par. The hostess forgot to inform our waiter we were seated so we sat waiting for no one to come for at least 15-20 minutes until I asked a server walking by what’s going on. The foods we ordered were mediocre and drinks barely had any alcohol in it. My friends and I really wanted to love the place but it was a disappointing affair. The waiter took 40 minutes to ask if we wanted bread (to ASK not automatically served). Appetizers and entrees that we ordered were around $16-$25 a plate. The calamari wasn't bad but the truffle ricotta bruschetta and the shrimp scampi were bland. We also ordered the seared tuna appetizer as well which was fresh but nothing was extraordinary. I apologize for the blurry photos of the foods but it was actually a video I had to screenshot to post. Unfortunately we will not be going back since it was not worth it being an upscale restaurant.
A surprising find! Absolutely beautiful atmosphere with an open kitchen, wonderful food, and friendly wait staff. Reservations recommended, although there is a traditional bar and chef's bar in the main dining room. Try to go during the holidays as their decorations were fabulous!
The food at the restaurant was excellent, but the front desk staff were not very accommodating to my party and me. We arrived without a reservation around 5 pm on a Saturday and were prepared for the possibility of no available space. Despite seeing plenty of outdoor tables, we were told that they weren't seating people outside due to a drizzle, even though we had just finished playing golf and were not bothered by a little rain. After insisting on sitting outside under an umbrella, with many available, the waitress gave us a hard time until the manager intervened and found us a table. The weather was fine all evening, and we saw other guests seated outside after us. We felt unfairly judged by the front desk staff for no reason, which was disappointing. The food was amazing, but the service was slow (we had to ask multiple times for water), likely due to staffing shortages affecting many places.
