Shaw Farm - Dracut

This restaurant has been a family favorite for 40 years. They serve the best ice cream and chocolate milk I've ever tasted. The kids really enjoy petting the cows too!

The restaurant actually closes at 9:00 PM during the summer. The ice cream is absolutely fantastic, with an overwhelming number of flavors to choose from (check out the photo of the list!). This place is essentially a dairy farm that sells its own products. They offer a great variety of milk options, including organic. It truly embodies everything you would hope for from this type of establishment.

Farm-fresh milk in glass bottles? Need I say more? Alright, you want more details—how about farm-fresh milk transformed into delicious ice cream! There’s an ice cream stand as well as packaged containers available in the farm store. The store also sells vegetables, muffins, breads, candies, steak tips, chicken, and much more. Yes, it may be a bit pricier than the pre-packaged items you find at the supermarket, but the quality is so much better that it's definitely worth the extra cost!

My first experience here. I'm from Boston. Customer service by one person was phenomenal. Ice cream prices more than reasonable. I can see why my kids love this place. Coming here every weekend !!!

Good local farm products. Bread, cheese, eggs, milk, meat, some produce. ice cream stand and pint to go. Carry Stonewall Kitchen products too.
