Arby's - Draper

This Arby's didn't have the meats went here last night and their lobby closed early and we had to back out of the drive thru because they flat out said we have roast beef. We went somewhere else but you most likely ruined the draper officer's lunch break in front of us not doing your jobs properly remember the slogan we have the meats and apply it to your job next time

Have tried to go to this location multiple times and every time something is not there or something is broken.

Absolute worst customer service. Our order was large and the lady on the monitor was rude and when we got our order we were missing items and there was horsey sauce squeezed all over the sandwich containers.

Food is great but why they haven’t opened up the lobby in 2 years isn’t because of staffing. Can’t be. Not hard to have one person maybe wipe off a table once every half hr. Friendly staff Thru the drive thru however.

Chocolate shake is a nice thing to have on a hot day
