Ihop - Draper

We got here on Black Friday, knowing it’ll be busy. We waited about 10—15 min to be seated. Which is not bad at all! Our waitress was the ONLY one there. She did so good. As we were getting sat some dude told us “I hope your food is warm” he was quite rude to the waitress. She then apologized for the wait and for the guy. Our food came out with in 10 minutes of us being sat. She did so good, Especially being the only server here. She was also very nice to us.

Today my partner and I arrived at an almost empty iHop at 1:45pm and waited 10 minutes before leaving. One of the servers came to the front desk to grab a pen and didn't even acknowledge us. I've been to this location a few times now during slow hours and each time it takes over 10 minutes to just be seated and another 10 minutes for water when there are only 1 or 2 other small parties present. Everything was undercooked and the restaurant was dead:(don’t understand why is it was rushed out. Normally it’s better tho

We show up at 9:17 tonight at the Draper IHOP. After being ignored for several minutes, the server/hostess asks us how she can help us. What else would we be there for? We told her we would like to be seated to eat. She said that they close at 10:00. We said that's fine it's only 9:17. (It's Saturday and the door actually said they were open until midnight) Her response was “The cook likes to dip out at 9:30.” So she couldn't seat us. Delicious as usual very attentive and the place was very clean.
