After ordering, I don't think it took five minutes for them to call us to eat.Unfortunately, the brown rice was a little hard and the meat had too much fat. We've had it at other Hawaiian barbecues but never with so much fat on the meat. The normal dish is very well served and it is possible to easily feed two normal people. If you're not very hungry, order the smaller plate.
I ordered for takeout. The food was supposed to have a bed of cabbage with it and it didn’t. Kayla pork had a weird texture. I wouldn’t order from here again.
Our family ate here for the first time on Sunday and it was great! Big portions, great flavor, and great atmosphere!
Massive amounts of food for a great price. Got the two meat plate, and had plenty of leftovers. The chicken was my fav. Kalua pork a close second.
Went to try LoLo Hawaiian BBQ today in Draper. I was very disappointed at my meal. I was hoping arriving near opening time would have a better chance on fresher food from a chain restaurant. I ordered the 2 meat plate and got the teriyaki chicken and kalua pork with rice and a side of mac. The chicken was just bbq grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce on top. The kalua pork was really dry. The mac salad was very bland. They gave me to small sides of katsu sauce which didn't really help save any of the meats. Next, I tried the spam musubi. How does one mess up spam musubi? The spam was so dried out like they cooked it before time and was left out for a day. Sure, they have some teriyaki sauce on the block of rice, but dried spam just ruined it. Maybe I'll try another location and see if another location does better.#thisishowichow @lolohawaiianbbq #teriyakichicken #kaluapork #spammusubi #macsalad
