Sauce Boss Southern Kitchen - Draper

This restaurant is a hidden gem! We had originally planned to dine elsewhere, but I am so glad we stumbled upon this amazing southern restaurant. I was blown away by how delicious their food was! The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The food was fresh, flavorful, and truly a delight. They even start you off with a complimentary appetizer. Sadly, my husband devoured it before I could snap a photo, but he absolutely loved it. The pork sandwich was huge and scrumptious, while my shrimp and grits dish was absolutely divine. The portions were generous and everything was so flavorful. The server assured us that their menu is suitable for those with food allergies, but unfortunately, there were too many items that my daughter is allergic to. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. I highly recommend trying out this hidden gem, and I will definitely be returning many times in the future.

This is an amazing restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and everything is so satisfying. I first heard about this place from an episode of Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives, and I'm so glad I finally came. I had never tried Southern cuisine before, so I was a little hesitant about dishes like grits. The waitress kindly brought me a sample of grits to try before ordering, and I was instantly hooked. I ended up getting the shrimp and bacon on grits and it was fantastic. The sweet potatoes and cornbread are also must-tries. The owner and chef even personally deliver all the meals, which adds to the great experience. Don't hesitate to visit this place, you won't be disappointed.

I was thrilled to discover this restaurant in Draper! The service was fast and friendly, the prices were great, and the food was delicious! Some in our group had never tried these dishes before, and even though I have had similar food in the past, the chef's versions were spot on! The grits were creamy, the sauces were flavorful, the catfish was perfectly breaded and fried, and the greens had a nice vinegary kick. We really enjoyed our meal and had a fantastic time. Congratulations on a job well done, keep up the good work - you can truly taste the love in the food!! I will definitely recommend this place to others and will be back!

So good! The food was all very good. Had the fried chicken, cat fish, chicken fried chicken, shrimp and grits, corn bread, collards, corn, black eyed peas and the house drink and it was all so very good! Would for sure recommended this place for some good southern food. Chef comes out and talks to every table and he is very nice.

It’s the first time I came check this place out. It’s recommended by my colleague a while ago and I have saved it on my list for a long time. I am so glad I finally made it here. It’s a super cute family owned place with THE BEST southern style fried chicken I have ever had! Their fries were also super good, fresh, crispy outside and soft inside. just the way I like them to be! Definitely recommend you try it out and be sure you check their opening hours before you go since they kind of have a limited opening hours(that’s actually the reason why I haven’t been here earlier! .
