Lady in the second drive thru on 12/31 12:45pm was so rude and has extremely poor customer service. Lady was arguing with my mother in law about how she can’t tell the difference between our drinks. Such a terrible barista. Should be trained or let go
I always like to go Monday and Fridays with my sister to Starbucks. I usually make my own decaf coffee at home because I have a medical condition where caffeine limits my everyday activities. This is the third time now where I ask for a decaf coffee and they put caffeine in it. I love the people who work here, but please be honest and remake the drink if you don't know if you put decaf in it. I don't want to stop coming here because of fixable mistakes made.
I went through the drive through to get my daughter a vanilla steamer as a prize and they screwed up the order and gave her hot chocolate. Which she doesn’t like. Then they were closed by the time we figured it out so there wasn’t a way to resolve it. And we also asked for whip cream on my drink and hers and didn’t get that. Extremely disappointing!
I love love love this Starbucks. They are polite, give me options if they don’t have what I want. They make my order right everytime and they make it really fast for a drive through. Anyways I love it
