DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

I ordered poutine and expected it to look like the picture on her menu board and got a half empty bowl. I spoke to the girl who took my money and she asked to fill it. She agreed to double it. the manager. was involved and began to lecturing me. it came to the point where I said to her, stop talking to me and just give me my poutins that I have already paid. 4 more customers went in at this point, and that's when she suddenly said loudly to the cashier that she had feared to hand over my poutine to me. she had no fear of telling me that I put my name on it so that the owner can forbid me. then with a descending ton, told me to have a wonderful day. I'm a middle-aged man I didn't deserve. happy christmas scrooge. She never overtaken it. picture 1 is their menu card image 2 is what I have

Friendly staff, they were pretty busy, but not rude or dismissed, as many almost food places are

Always seems to be good eating and they can not go wrong on the price of their special meal offers. you get a sundae to boot!

A burger asked for the sauce. I received a burger skewer sauce from all areas of the bungalow, below my hands. absolutely overhauled and not appetizing. I generally don't eat almost food and that's the reason why. no quality control....My burger was a buck moshee. Unfortunately I was driving thru and had no opportunity or time to turn around and have a word with the manager. expected what I ordered, simply on sose. not the case please prepare them to eat as they would serve their family.

The employees are very friendly and make sure you get your order exactly how you wanted it. The ice-cream is the best in town.
