Now that on the first Christmas holiday our girls were with their friends out of the house, and also Frieder should sit at home with his wife alone, we agreed to go to Leubnitz for this evening. Frieder invited us to a traditional goose meal. Leubnitzer Höhe The restaurant “Leubnitzer Höhe” can look back on a more than 100-year history in gastronomy and has been owned by the Blode family for more than 50 years. The inn is rustic, you sit comfortably on softly padded chairs. The blankets are covered with wood. The restaurant is very cozy thanks to its rustic amenities. From the road you can dine and drink. The map contains all sorts of petty-bourgeois, Saxon cuisine at moderate prices. The evening was kicked off by a well-established team, who always had the guests in sight, and did not leave (Extra)Wünsche open. As we were invited by Frieder to goose dinner, we naturally felt what there was, and so we ordered, · 4x the crispy goose breast with fresh apple cabbage and homemade potato dumps and semmelbutter for 25.50 € Despite the full house, the waiting time on our goose breast was pleasant, and so after just 30 minutes we had our Christmas roast at the table. A large piece of crispy fried, buttery soft goose breast in the middle of the plate, lined by two homemade, neatly large potato rags with crispy semmel butter. There was also a homemade red herb, as it could not have done better my grandma. The hit was the frying fond, or this dream of a goose sauce. Not too thick, not too thin and delicious hearty in taste. For me Soßenheini exactly the right amount with a fabulous taste. Crispy goose breast with fresh apple cabbage and homemade potato dumps and semmel butter for each €25.50 Our conclusion: Frieder left almost 130 euros for drinks and main food at the Leubnitzer altitude. Decades at high level. always very pleasant atmosphere and good eating.
We like to be here. we like to feed here because we are happy and attentive. we have experienced many family celebrations in leubnitzer height and it will certainly not be the last. we like to come back and recommend it. thanks also to the fam. white and the team do not forget a thick lobster in the kitchen. we are happy to be back in the next days. : . most cordial greetings from lame lion, dresden just over and over.
