Marche in the Dresden's Hautbahnhof is such a delightful departure from train station fare! Fresh squeezed orange apple juice; soups that taste like they were made from scratch; assemble-it-yourself...salads; skillet dishes; excellent espresso and more are all available in a convenient and relaxed self-serve atmosphere. Five stars from me! We are here several times during our 6 day stay and we recommend it highly!
I go to this shop often. The selection of food and drinks is amazing. If you want a treat for the evening go here. They have free wifi and very well served beer
While waiting for a train at Dresden Railway station (Hbf), hunger drove me to find a place to eat. By a fortunate chance, I entered March Movenpick. There was a remarkable range of beautifully prepared, fresh food and the service was very friendly. I had...a railway station meal there of a high quality which would be unthinkable in my home country of Australia. Even if you were not catching a train, this would be a great place to come to meet people and share some delicious food.
I came here for a brunch visit after a train ride. The food is good and most of the staff is super nice. I was able to get well done eggs without too much fuss. There is a cashier brown hair and glasses speaks pretty...good English, not sure if I upset her because my German sucks but she wasn’t happy to see me at all. Whatever. It’s a little pricey (usually the case unless it’s fast food) worth the visit. It’s kind of buffet style charged by the size of plate. Enjoyed the visit!!
What an amazing place to have breakfast. I was a little sceptical about having a good breakfast in a train station. Who would have thought this was possible. Wow, was I wrong! From the moment we walked in I loved it. It felt warm and inviting. The selection of breakfast options was amazing. It cost only €15 to eat all you want. So many choices. From omletes to fresh fruit , sausages and specialty teas. The staff were helpful and spoke English. The only thing I thought could be improved was having water included in the price. I would highly recommend this as a breakfast venue. It was a fair distance from our hotel but well worth the drive.
