Buen Sazon Guatemala Mexican Grill

I would give this place six stars if I could. Huge, delicious burritos that fill your stomach and your soul. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

Food is great. The space was a bit small, but felt like eating in the dining room at home. The hostess/server was nice. We ordered nachos, quesadillas, and 2 burritos. It all came to the table at the same time.

The food was terrible to have been so expensive I’ve never had a quesadilla that was deep fried and not grilled it was very greasy, there was no seasoning on the vegetables it was a veggie quesadilla , the waitress gave me the oldest plastic cup she could find, she added her own tip and to top it off added the check wrong and when I added it up on my iPhone she had the audacity to tell me my calculator was wrong cell phones don’t add correctly. They know nothing about Mexican foods, good customer service or seasoning!!!

Everything here was jus ok... With that being said, I will not return. Upon check out of my party of four, I found attached to our check was an automatic $15 tip. I was curious about this, and ask our server about it, she said it's the owners choice to have that there regardless of party size.. but in relation to cost spent. It turned out to be roughly 31$ per person regardless of the cost of individual items, which some were less than 15$ initially) I feel I should not be told what or how to tip. In all honesty if it wasn't there our server would have got a better tip.. The prices were a bit steep as well...Too bad. Lesson learned.
