Bombay Masala - Droebak

We visited this place because of the high rating in Google. Unfortunately it did not match my expectations totally. I mean this a good place and the food was good, but when a main course costs over 300 nok you expect little more service and quality. The waitress never asked us if the food was good or if we needed something else. I had a Lam Korma and it was very sweet. It felt like eating sugar. The peshwari nan bread was full of very sweet coconut that I did not like. My conclusion is, if you want to spend about 450 kroner for food, each person, it is wise to look after other alternative near by.

We visited this quiet little town on 11Jan, 2018 , when this town was meditating in completely white snowy robe. Amidst the snowflakes and that snowfall, we fell into the warm Interiors of this very good restaurant with great people who cook good food and serve you even better food . Their hospitality was of highest quality. Within a decent interior , with their smile and warmth, they give you memories.

The food is varying. Some of it was good and some of it was dry and not that tasty. The naan was really good. We waited a while for main dish and dessert. Was there 2.5 hours with kids and expected no more than 1.5 hours. Quite expensive compared to what you get other places.
