Everyone enjoyed their meals, from the pasta shrimp scampi to the vegetable bruschetta to the chicken bruschetta, which the children loved. The wine selection was good and the cheesecake was delicious. The decor was unique and cozy. The menu had a disclaimer about potential long wait times due to having only one chef, but we didn't find the wait to be a problem.
I have been to this restaurant twice. The first time with my family, the second with friends in less than a month. I am vegan and I asked to have the bruschetta served without mozzarella for me. The first time, not without some complaints from the waiter, they brought me bruschetta. The second time the waiter told me firmly that it was not possible and that I would have to remove the mozzarella myself eventually. I refuse to order because I don't like to throw away food and I let my friends order their food. Then the waiter comes back saying that the chef was willing to remove the mozzarella, but obviously after the previous treatment I reiterated that I didn't want to order. Not very sensitive towards customer needs, especially in my case which was very simple to solve. It seemed exaggerated to take a bruschetta so seriously: very funny when I think that generally bruschetta in Italy does not even have mozzarella. Nice location, nice dishes, but I'm not going back.
Really nice atmosphere and music but avoid eating here. The fish soup is the one in a discount bag, warmed it up and put it in the plate. They served the burger with the toast bread, because they probably were out of buns. The waiters didn't even have the courage to come to the table and ask if everything was ok! Obviously, the worst part!
The restaurant was busy but the service was quick. The prices were slightly higher than average, and I found the burger to be on the small side. However, the staff was friendly, so overall it wasn't a bad experience.
The freshest shrimp we've ever had at a reasonable price, with a very friendly waiter who even spoke German to us. A lovely place to visit.
