Chicken Hut - Drogheda

Everytime i eat out of here i end up sick or the chicken is uncooked.. tastes very bad, avoid if you can but after 2 times being sick ill never be back.

After a great evening in Clarks and Sarsfields we went to chicken hut for a quick snack before home. Our first request was cheesy chips with garlic sauce which was €4 on the menu. We were charged €5 until we questioned it. Our second request was for chicken wings which were 4 for €4 on the menu. When we got them there were only three in the bag. I’m guessing they were expecting drunk people and I can imagine from this interaction what their business plan for the fleadh this week is! Not the image we would like to portray of Drogheda.

Decent chicken fillet burger accompanied with curry cheese chips. The curry cheese chips isn’t what it used to be- using a cheap cheese sauce rather than actual cheese

They sell great food at a reasonable price, and the wait time isn't too long either. They cook the food fresh for you. We think it is the nicest chicken in Drogheda.

The staff are the rudest people ive ever come across, clearly they hate their job and their customers. Food is ok but not worth the attitude you get when you go in, like youre inconveniencing them when you make an order.
