Contribuisci feedbackAs a longtime customer and former employee of Tim Hortons, I find the amount of iced coffee being served at this location to be excessive. Having worked at Tim Hortons, I am familiar with the proper measurements for coffee, ice, and cream, and what I received is not up to standard. I have been a loyal customer at this location for over 10 years and have normally had pleasant experiences. However, recently a staff member named Anna has been consistently making my iced coffees in this manner. The photos attached were taken immediately after picking up my order at the drive-thru, and I have not even taken a sip yet. I also requested one without ice, but the amount of cream and coffee in the drink did not meet the proper standards. I believe attention should be given to this issue, as it could negatively impact the reputation of the location.
All Tim Hortons locations offer good tea, but their coffee is not up to par. The service is fast and the staff is polite. The food is average at best, and the doughnuts are below average. Overall, the food would receive a rating of 3 out of 5.
Breakfast wraps are 30 to 40% smaller and price 2 to 3.00 higher , very disappointed. Will seriously consider visiting a competitor. No more Tims for me THANK YOU!Food: 1/5
