I was disappointed to be asked to pay before being able to eat at this restaurant. Additionally, we were required to pay for each drink separately, even though it is a restaurant and not a bar. I enjoy dining out and unwinding, but on top of all the charges on my card, a 12% gratuity was automatically added...it is unacceptable and marks the end of my patronage to this establishment.

I was very surprised when they asked me to pay before ordering, it was not clear how I was supposed to pay when I hadn't even received my food yet. The new system seemed cheap to me. It has never happened to me before. Another negative aspect was the limited food options available for lunch, there was hardly anything on the buffet spread which was supposed to represent 3 continents. It was quite disappointing and I was not impressed. I will not be returning as they are sure to lose many customers with such poor service. I do not recommend dining at this restaurant.

The restaurant was very pricey - $39.08 for a meal there. It was disappointing that they didn't even provide a water glass.
