I'm used to being positive and appreciative, but today, at this Tim Hortons, the service was terrible and the food was extremely dry.I had the impression that my bagel had been prepared 30 minutes ago because it was no longer warm and had become hard. The drive-thru window was barely open and it was difficult to hear the employee. She did not want to accept payment with the Tom Horton card. We insisted 3 times that she accept it.In the end, we did not receive our invoice. We also asked how much was left on our gift card, but never got an answer.Their only quality: fast service.I would have preferred it to be 2 minutes longer, with a smile and courteous service.
Staff as stupid as their feet...ask for oat milk, because I am intolerant to milk, the lady says: I hope they put oat milk! Well there? you are not sure?she adds: Well taste it!!!….
It was one of the best Tims I've been to in a long time. The new employees forgave my crude words, but it is very unpleasant to taste coffee once on the road and a simple 3 milk 1 sugar is not even respected, it happens very often. I asked for a splash of hazelnut in my Mocha, okay they didn't add hazelnut but when you taste it it's not very pleasant to see that it didn't have any. I was given a bill for $9 for 2 coffees.... after requesting verification... $5 is perhaps not much, but I would like to pay if I don't order anything else. But the place is well located otherwise, and when orders are respected, everything is 100% perfect, good people deserve the tips.
This morning there was a lot of napkin on the ground
