Subway - Dryden

Asked for a new snack sandwich and when the employee pulled the rack out, they were covered in mould. The manager then told us days later when we complained, that we mistook flour for mold. Flour isn't green and blue on white bread. Not a fan of the gaslighted attempt by what I assume is a penny-pinching manager who is having the staff save bread past their safety dates. The staff were a delight and tried to make things right, but it's hard when you see flora on your bread. So we did not eat here, needless to say.

I went to this location several days ago and was about to be served moldy bread. The worker noticed and offered to replace the bread, but we left as all 4-5 buns were covered in mold. When I contacted the store I was told it was flour not mold, and was offered no apology. Flour is not green and blue. I would not eat at this disgusting location with its abhorrent standards again. Eat there if you like mold and bad management. Food: 1
