Burger Fusion - Dubai

OK for taste but costly. A burger cost 30 plus without fries drink is by 7aed.

Over priced and the quantity of the food was very less. We ordered chicken mushroom pasta and the amount of mushroom used in the pasta was not even one fourth some what equal to missing ... very few!!

We were excited to eat some good food at winter gaeden but our experience shattered because of burger fusion unprofessional staff We happen to sit on a chair which was dedicated to burger fusion.. The staff was extremely rude and the lady name ZEINA who was not wearing mask as well you can see in the Pic as well came to us and this is what she DID When we we were already eating food with my 7month pregnant wife She asked us have you ordered food from us.. We did say give us sometime we will definitely order. In 3 to 4 mins she again came with her customers saying you need to get up as we have customers and if you not ordering I want you to get up right away with a very harsh and rude and high volume tone..so we got up with taking all the food in our hand.. . We did complain to her manager who instantly apologized.. We told the Manager Ms Zeina needs to apologize not you.. In front of the manager she refused with again in a rudely manner making us feel she doesn't care

Whilst i didn 't try every dish they got, i can tell you as a burger enthusiast that their burgers quality is really poor for the following reasons: 1) Greasy to the point you actually feel the grease sticking to the roof of your mouth. 2) Bad taste i tried 2 burgers in 2 visits; the first one was made of american beef cheese (it was not bad). The second one was from the premium burger menu which was made of shredded rib meat (dont know why they consider it as burger) with sweet bbq sauce and cheeseand and it tasted so terrible that i couldn 't swallow from the first bite. 3) Small portion premium burger comes in the size of a slider of other restaurants (i wonder what the size of a slider is like in there). Also, no fries or drinks along with the sandwich. 4) Over priced price of premium burger 63+ dirhams, which I 'm welling to pay for a good burger tbh, but not this.
