We have been to Nusr-Et a few times over the last 5years. The service has always been excellent along with the food. This time we took our friends for their first time and wanted them to enjoy the whole experience. However it was awful. The service being the worst part. When the food came out, it was literally chucked at us. There was more food then we ordered and as I sat with my meal in front of meal the waiter was ‘throwing more food at me’. Food was being handed to us at such a pace we were struggling to find space on the table to put it down. The meat was carved behind us, so our friends that had never been before did not see the whole experience of the waiters carving the meat and salting it. Once the food was out, the staff members did not leave us lone, clearing plates from us before we had even finished our food. We had to ask the staff in the end to leave us alone and stop removing plates, as we were still eating and felt very rushed. We felt like they wanted us out of the restaurant quickly. Even tho it wasn’t busy. The corn ribs we ordered we bland and under-seasoned. And the onion flower was undercooked and also bland, under-seasoned and greasy. We expressed our disappointment to the manager ‘MESUT’. We really wanted this meal to be an amazing end to our stay in Dubai and show our friends how great Nusr-et was. Yes it’s expensive. But you don’t mind paying for an expensive meal when the experience and food is amazing. However all we got was disappointment. The manager was very rude! He showed no interest in listening to us. And when I said to him, ‘You really don’t care, do you?’, he laughed at me! I have never came crossed anyone as rude and arrogant as he was. Unfortunately we will never come back to Nusr-Et as this was the worst service I have ever had. we have been left feeling embarrassed that we made such a fuss about how great this restaurant was to our family. When all we got was an ‘OK’ streak and very rude staff.

Exquisite Dining Experience, but Be Prepared for High Prices I recently dined at Nusr-Et and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The food was nothing short of exquisite—each dish was crafted with precision and attention to detail. The flavors were outstanding, and every bite was a delight. Reema The service was also top-notch; the staff was attentive and accommodating throughout the evening. I would particularly like to commend Jaffer, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. His professionalism and warm demeanor truly stood out. However, it's important to note that the prices, especially for wine, are extremely high. While the food quality justifies the cost to some extent, the wine list is priced at a level that may be prohibitive for many diners. It’s unfortunate that such excellent cuisine is accompanied by prices that make it difficult for the average guest to enjoy a full dining experience, including a bottle of wine. In summary, if you’re looking for top-tier food and service and are prepared for the high costs, Nusr-Et is a fantastic choice. Just be aware that the prices might be beyond the reach of many.

The food was the best thing I’ve ever tasted, starter main and dessert was so nice

The service and the people were very nice. But the food was not that good and too expensive. Payed €400, for 2 people and we are still not full. For that amount of money i expect a lot better food. For me 1 time was enough. Never again.
