Burger King - Dublin

I came to Blanchardstown shopping centre craving a burger on Wednesday the 26th of august , I was ordering my food and I got a wiff of a fart off the person at the till but I just let tha go I ordered the crispy chicken bacon king but when she came over wit my food she spilled my drink all over my burger so I was left with a soggy burger and also the tables smelled like poon juice but tbh the chilli cheese bites are banging so I give a 5 star would not recommend

Emm, I generally try to stay away from fast foods, but the young lad was insisting on a burger at Burger King. In fairness the picture of the chicken burger Looked like it was going to be delicious and worth purchasing. I ordered up two meals, paid 20 Euros and then was told stand out of the way ignorantly to make way for the next cash cow. We received the burgers, and all I can say it is bad when a hungry ten year old tells one to go up and complain. The burger was nothing like the picture, the burger was a fraction of the size of the picture, it couldn’t be seen in the bun, there was two slices of cold cheese over it a freezing cold bacon you would find in any deli in the country. What a disaster, false advertisement or what, I would have complained but what’s the point. There are that many foot fallers in the place, I was going to do nothing only cause a scene. Not a great life training event for the young lads on excepting poor service, but all I could say to him was I will decide the places to eat in future. Certainly will never be going to a Burger King in a built up area that do not need to put out a good service to bring in customers. Blanchardstown Burger King wont catch me again).

I am a McDonald's man, well that's what I thought until my visit to Blanchardstown Centre. My wife and I had to go to Blanch on a glorious Saturday 7th July and believe me we would rather have been else where but that's life. Anyway after our optician visit my wife had to go to Penneys as you do apparently but she saw the life drain from my face and directed me to McDonald's to get .y coffee and wait for her. Not a bad plan however when I got there it was insanely busy and I needed coffee now so queing was not in my plan. So in desperation I ventured over to BK expecting a non standard McD service and bad coffee....Seriously did I get that wrong and what did BK do to question my loyalty to McD. First no queues, well a constant flow of people served quickly, incredibly friendly staff with massive smiles for customers and their colleagues and seem to be having fun, bright and airy not like McDs brown interior and wait for it the coffee was good really good. I texted my wife to tell her where I was and she thought I was joking. Anyway I had a pleasant time sipping my good coffee watching England beat Sweden and later my wife finally turned up and we had more good coffee and a lovely chat. Sorry McD you have competition in Blanchardstown my preference will be BK when I'm in Blanch but don't worry they still have to work on Clearwater, Omni Coolock these have not reached the Blacnc standard by a long shot. I won't end this on a low note BK as your Blanch restaurant is the jewel in the BK crown. You now have the blueprint just copy it its that simple. We'll be back again.

I had a very pleasant dining experience at this restaurant, with the food being exceptionally tasty. However, I must give it a lower rating of 2 stars because of the disappointing customer service. The worker managing the takeout service repeatedly misspelled my name, leading to confusion when I went to collect my order. Despite finally recognizing my meal by listening to it being called out, I was met with a rude demeanor when receiving my food. It felt as though we were being treated poorly, leaving a negative impact on my overall impression.
