We just came back from staying at the Clayton for a week. The actual hotel was quite nice, quiet. Not far from town. The only problem was with one of the beds. It was on a slant, it felt as if you would roll off. We asked at the front desk numerous times to have it fixed but they never did. We had to put extra pillows and a blanket under the mattress to try to fix it. That made the bed very uncomfortable. For the price we paid to stay that was very disappointing. Not sure that we would risk staying there again when we return, unfortunately.
Decent but not close to Dublin center. Was so very hot when we were there in early September and the windows only opened a crack.
We loved our stay here.Nice hotel and helpful staff. They even provided an adapter for us to charge our electronics.Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Cannot recommend this enough. Mo the bar tender was excellent and had fantastic customer service skills
