Great Store With Fantastic Customer Experience. Really well Trained Staff who are so friendly Helpful

The Santa was excellent. I thought the staff could have been dressed as elves and made more effort, such as asking parents if they wanted a photo with their kids in the sleigh, but Santa made up for what they lacked. The experience was quite pricey €15+€2 booking fee just for Santa, no gift, photos were €12 each and a photo ornament (made of plastic, about 2 inches x 1 inch in size, and not zoomed in) €13. Would have loved a digital copy of the photo.

Today, I went to the sunglasses pop-up, and Caio looked after me in a very kind way. He guided me through the new RayBan+Meta smart glasses, explaining all the features. Amazing customer service!
