Daughter her boyfriend ordered thru their app over a hour and half later when she rang up she was told the driver didn’t get an answer on the phone so he brought the food back ! When she questioned it saying no call was made they where extremely rude to her and said they back down within 15/20 mins ... low and behold when the driver rang he wanted extra money for a tip because they didn’t answer the first time ! Why not actually walk up and knock at the door then !! Her boyfriend collected the food and drinks and he had a cheek to hold onto the drinks til he paid the extra tip !! He didn’t pay the extra tip by the way !!..

Ordered pizza through justeat app at 10pm, rang back there around 11:30pm to ask if the pizza was on the way he said 15 min, waited and nothing. Rang back at 00:10 and the pizza arrived at 00:30, pizza was cold and dry, never again.
