Bene. luogo frequentato dai locali. un po' triste secondo me. ma il loro stile di vita comprende birre da mattina a notte mangiando cibo squalido con persone squalide. Visualizza tutti i feedback.
Stopped in here before going to the Guinness Store and had a lovely lunch. Food was amazing would definitely visit again when next in town
Service very poor. Worst in Dublin. Asked for tea, and said they didnt do it but then I saw it on the menu. Our tea and coffee came without tea spoons. Asked for 2 teaspoons and after 10 minutes, one dirty teaspoon was placed on our table. Asked for 2 tap waters, recieved one. Food was poor, chicken burger was basic and not worth 18 euros. Do not recommend.
We couldn 't really tell if it was a local place or a tourist trap, but it only has 6 tables or so upstairs in their restaurant area, and since we were lucky enough to grab a seat, we stayed and enjoyed ourselves some absolutely delicious fried food. This was our first fish and chips of the trip and it was fantastic!! The garlic mayo (better known as aioli in the states) is a must have with french fries. We did not particularly like the cheese sauce so thankfully it was on the side and we got to try it first before ordering another meal with cheese sauce all over it. Located between the Kilmainham Gaol and the Guinness Storehouse, great for lunch! When we first walked into Harkins we went through the downstairs entrance which is basic bar/pub. The waitress kindly told us to head up to the second floor for food. Their signature color is lavender, and on the TV was 90s music and random trivia. If we had saved room for dessert, we probably would have gotten a shake or ice cream too.
Was booked for the Guinness tour but quite hungry. I entered the bar and asked for the menu. Barman told me they had a restaurant upstairs. I ordered the bacon and cabbage. It was up there with one of the best lunches I've had. Really tender and tasty. Unfortunately I had to really rush it due to my guiness tour booking, only to find out when I got there that its a self guided tour and I could've turned up anytime.
I arrived at the Guinness Brewery early and had to wait to enter. So, I came over to Harkins Pub. It is a very cute local pub. Great people and drinks. If in the area I would stop by .
