Pizza Napoli Lucan - Dublin

Mexicana ordered. Paid 15€ for few chili flakes, few slices of jalapeno and some cheese. No BEEF even in traces.

We have had multiple instances where boneless chicken wings were not available after ordering through Just Eat. Instead of asking us if we wanted an alternative, they sent a different type of chicken. When we called to complain, we ultimately decided to request a refund. The woman on the phone informed us that we could only receive a refund through Just Eat, which was frustrating enough, but then she failed to follow through with the process. We do not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

I waited for my food for 30 minutes, and even have emails to prove it. While waiting, I called the restaurant and was told my order was on the way. After an additional 20 minutes, the delivery driver finally arrived. Unfortunately, my food was cold. I asked for a refund, but the driver insisted I take the food, despite its temperature. I refused and the driver was rude, claiming not to understand the issue.

Thieves and deceivers. They cancelled my order right away when my daughter mistakenly placed it. They kept my money with no refund and were rude when I called to inquire about it. Stay away from this place. Horrible customer service.
