The little hic, on the day we decided to take our breakfast there, we were sitting in front of the entrance door a stream of air disturbed us, my wife decided to close the door, this certainly did not rain the manager who opened it immediately
I ordered an oat flat white, but the espresso and milk were foamed in the same jug at the same time without a fresh shot of espresso being added. As a barista myself, I know this is not the correct way to make a coffee. The pastry was stale and the woman who made the coffee was very rude. I had to throw everything in the bin across the road. It was very disappointing to receive such poor quality service from a large company.
The table was closed and they enforced social distancing, but having a 4-meter distance does not feel very social. I felt disrespected as a customer when the staff rudely asked me to sit over 2 meters away. I will not be returning.
During her recent trip to Dublin, my daughter found herself alone, waiting for a bus with a crowd outside due to a rugby match. Feeling lost and worried, she ended up at Starbucks near O'Connell Bridge. Despite it being closing time, the staff were kind enough to let her finish her drink and even provided her with helpful advice on staying safe. They gave her directions to Busaras and made sure she got there safely. A big thank you to the caring and thoughtful staff at Starbucks on O'Connell Bridge for their kindness.
It's a pretty small place, the coffee was OK, but the girls were really slow, and there wasn't even a crowd. I waited for 10 minutes to get 2 mochas.
