Starbucks - Dublin

A few years ago, I went to this Starbucks and always noticed a musty smell. However, during my most recent visit, I was surprised to see a worrying problem as soon as I entered. Moldy water was dripping from the ceiling onto the food prep counter, clearly breaking multiple food safety rules. It was disturbing to see the water mixing with the flavored syrups and teas.

I recently visited this coffee shop and tried to use their only restroom. The staff gave me a code that didn't work and seemed unfriendly. The line for the bathroom was long, which made for a negative experience.

I recently ordered iced tea at this restaurant, but they informed me that they had run out after I had already paid for it. They suggested I choose a different drink as a replacement, which was disappointing. Additionally, I ordered an iced blonde latte with oat milk, but the taste was not what I expected. I have ordered this drink frequently at other Starbucks locations, so I am familiar with its flavor, but what I received was not satisfying. I suspect that the coffee beans or milk may have been stale. I do not intend to visit this restaurant again.

Upon entering the restaurant, I discovered that their payment system was not functioning, hindering my ability to make a purchase. Unfortunately, there were no other payment options available, such as cash or ordering for pick-up from another location. Despite waiting 20-30 minutes, no attempts were made to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution. An elderly gentleman also waiting to order was eventually offered tap water due to the payment issue. The lack of alternative options was disappointing and unacceptable. Furthermore, the air conditioning was set to a very cold temperature, causing discomfort and creating a windy environment. This negative experience has discouraged me from returning to a restaurant I once frequented. Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant experience that left a negative impression of Starbucks as a company.

Beautiful place, but when I was there, it was completely full with people. Free internet included. but I didn't use it.
