Great day at Rossi's pop up brunch at Intercontinental Dublin. Menu selection was just amazing! We did get some antipasti to start to follow with the a Risotto alla parmigiana. Getting to be serve by the mian man himself, Alberto Rossi, while you get to know more about the food you ar about to taste, It is just priceless. Danielle and Gezim were top class while looking after us. Sad today was the last day to have this experience. Incredible! One of the most unique exquisite places for a luxurious refined dining experience. Such lovely quality food with an outstanding quick service.The atmosphere was superbe and the music lovely. As today we were celebrating a birthday, a special touch was added, which was in all fairness the cherry on top! Such great attention to details combined with such elegance and sophistication. Great breakfast buffet with a lot of options for kids. We got the kids pancakes and the buffet was solid. High quality service and you feel like royalty when sitting down. Silverware everywhere and a grand experience. Highly recommend
