Applebee's Grill - Dublin

It seems that ever since the management changed and moved to Milledgeville, everything has gone downhill. My wife and I literally watched ten families leave after being ignored at their tables. I’m not exaggerating. The service we received was average, but seeing how others were neglected really left a bad impression on us.

Great experience! I ordered the hoots and my partner had the bourbon steak. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was incredibly patient with me since I was unsure about what to choose. Overall, everything was fantastic!

Later, when I checked my bank statement, I saw that we were still charged. I have disputed the charge, and because of this experience, I will never return to Applebee's, not even for the free meal offered to veterans.

It wasn't bad. eating is decent, but what I was seemed to be expensive.

We had to wait to be seated although it was not busy and we could see open tables and booths. They were out of a few things on the menu. My son was brought soda water to drink instead of Sierra mist. His kids pizza was obviously microwaved and part of it was inedible because it had gotten burned in the microwave. My green beans were completely raw and the mashed potatoes were cold. The steaks and burger were the only thing cooked properly. Fries were soggy and also cold. We waited over 40 minutes once the food was ordered and most of it was cold or inedible. This was not worth the $100 we paid(plus tip). I do not recommend this Applebee's.
