Chan's Kitchen Zhān Wèi Shí Táng (chan's Kitchen)

The stinky tofu was lacking; we received about 8 pieces, each cut into tiny 1-inch cubes, served with poorly flavored pickled cabbage. While the tofu was crispy, it didn't have much taste. The popcorn chicken was a letdown as well—only partially battered, with very little seasoning, and it ended up being soggy rather than crispy. The egg pancake was just average. I really wanted to support this Taiwanese restaurant, but overall, the food experience was underwhelming, and I don't think I will be returning.

In general, this place is decent. The staff member we encountered was exceptionally nice and friendly. While I probably won't return, I think most people would enjoy dining here. Regarding parking, there’s a large lot, but it can get crowded—definitely try to avoid weekends!

The food was excellent, showcasing authentic Asian flavors with a distinct Taiwanese touch. Although there was only one waitress during peak hours, it was manageable since you could place orders using your phone or machines. Overall, I rated the food 4 out of 5.

Came here a couple times during the past two years and unfortunately witnessed the gradual decline in portions and quality of food Food was okay but on the salty side. I used to really like their three cup chicken so I ordered again today. Unfortunately it came out to be a disappointment. Overall way too saucy and salty. I believe the authentic Taiwanese three cup chicken should be much drier and all the flavor should be locked in the chicken. Price has gone up a lot too while they significantly decreased the portion sizes. Two of us ordered three dishes and finished everything and still not satiated. We probably won't come back here again anytime soon

No atmosphere and a difficult ordering system. We only had two very expensive entrees, duck and egg plant. The duck was mostly small bones and gristle. The wait staff had poor English skills, so much so that another diner had to translate that we wanted a glass of water. We won't return!
