Meaning they fried it once then dropped it back in the hot oil to warm it up. The ramen I had (Red Dragon) the noodles were underdone. The broth was separating with a thick layer of oil on top. We left and went across the street to the Mexican restaurant. Bottom line place isn’t worth the price.
Great ramen fast service! The staff was helpful in making suggestions. I had the Red Dragon ramen with chicken and hibiscus tea was just the right amount of spice and heat without overwhelming the flavor. Would definitely go there again.
We have been to Fukuryu at other location since day one and have not yet to be disappointed. The broth here has been inconsistent. Sometimes it’s just salted water and other time tastes like canned chicken broth. We keep trying to give this another try out of convenience and my last time order confirms my decision of not coming/ordering from here anymore.
Great: The takoyaki, scallion pancakes, and dumplings appetizers were very good. The different ramen options were amazing. Also, very affordable for the quality and Santa came to visit! Good: Had to wait and there is limited seating space. Bad: they didn't have any hot green tea available when I went, which I thought was odd.
The prices are too high for the quality of food. It's good, but not worth $15. The noodles have a strange texture, the broth is just okay, and the tofu is great. However, there isn't enough to justify the price. As for vegetarian options, it's not worth the trip—there's only one main dish available.
