That was excellent. The potato salad was the best I've had in a long time. The staff were friendly and attentive.
The large person's black sandwich was delicious and larger than most.
The Lean Beef Brisket was the most perfectly seasoned and tender brisket I have ever had ! The green beans and potatoe salad was the southern perfect taste I was craving ! Thank you very much Holy Smokes BBQ for making the last night of visiting Dublin one to remember !
This was some excellent barbecue! The brisket and the ribs were marvelous!! Well worth the trip!
