Nothing Bundt Cakes - Dublin

We ordered packages for employee evaluation tag. I was nervous because it was a bigger order and I didn't want to irritate the hired. When I picked up my order, I was greeted by a friendly hired person who was happy to pick up my big order and he even helped bring it to my car. the cake was wonderful and our employees loved him.

I was in the neighborhood and finally stopped in for my first visit to a Nothing Bundt Cake. I have to say, having visited a few bakeries last year in Columbus to taste wedding cakes, I was impressed with NBC. The cakes were very moist and flavorful. I purchased the smallest Bundt cakes in lemon, carrot and chocolate choc chip. They had different icing flavors and each was delicious. It was a bit sweet, but you can just not eat all of the icing. But nice little cakes! Friendly service.I’ll order a larger cake(s) for a spry occasion.

I ordered and paid for a white chocolate raspberry cake on line, it was for Christmas Eve party that I just left. I was ill and a friend picked up the cake for me. To my surprise when my daughter in law opened the cake it was chocolate chocolate chip with a banner that said Happy 75th Birthday Dad. Dad is not 75 and as a mattter of fact dead. This is NOT the cake I ordered and certainly not the cake I wanted. How disappointing. I have an unusual last name, totally unacceptable!

I have never been more disappointed in a Nothing Bundt Cakes than I was with the Dublin location. The service was poor. The quality was awful. I placed an order that wasn’t even ready upon my arrival. When the girl brought my order out, the box of bundtinis looked like it was dropped and every cake was messed up. They attempted to re-ice the really bad ones, but left about half smooshed and smashed. I went back in to request new cakes, for them only to ask me what was wrong with them. The pictures show the newly iced cakes, and in comparison they did look better, but clearly it looked like the staff just threw it together and frosted them poorly and without care. I will never revisit that location. The teenage employees could also benefit from learning proper customer service and etiquette. There are plenty of other locations with better service and quality of cakes. Choose your location wisely.
