Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Our waitress Sarah did a fantastic job and made our visit to remember! We'll just get back to this RR and hope to see her again. Thanks for a great lunch!

The service was terrible, even if it was only in the middle of the afternoon. Waiting and waiting for about 20 minutes. Finally went to the dining room, even if they wait a sign to sit. . Was still ignored, so I had to call the waitress to get her attention. For $12.29, I got a burger very similar to Wendy's $4 one. Fries came with him from Red Robin, and they were terrible. I asked for toppings on the side. Instead, cheese was melted into the burger. Good cheese. I'll never go back!

The family stayed at 7:00 for dinner. We were shown promotly that it is table. Our waitress was there almost immediately drowning and ordering app. She made sure our drinks were continuously cut off and everything was great. She then took away order and was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered her opinions on various decisions. When the order was finished, the waitress and the other suspected staff distributed the meals in a short order. They ensured that our meals were at our pleasure, our drinks were full and left to enjoy our meal. We also had a 22-month with us, which they were very good to get the kids meal and drinks before us to keep him happy. In the current climate where restaurants close because Noone wants to work, I can say that the staff went beyond and beyond this location and offers incredible service and represented the restaurant perfectly.

Delicious food, excellent service from Sara (and the rest of the staff), and clean atmosphere. Best Red Robin in town!

The food was good the service was good but wayyy short staffed and you could truly tell. The resturant was truly half empty however the table wait for 3 was almost 30 minutes. However the server and other staff did well under the circumstances I applaud them ? ?? if u go please be kind and understanding that it truly is hard to get good people and when you have good people working hard to cover for the lack of staffing please tip well ?
