The minute we walked in I was surprised with how spacious the space was and appreciated that there was plenty of seating. As you step onto the rooftop terrace, the panoramic views of the city unfold before you like a masterpiece painted with lights. Whether you're sipping a cocktail or indulging in a culinary creation, every moment feels like a celebration of life and its flavors. Now, let's talk about the star of the show the food. Vaso's menu is a fusion of creativity and tradition, with each dish crafted to perfection. We ordered the hummus which tasted so refreshing. In addition, we ordered the burrata which had the perfect smokey taste. The Miramar Punch drinks we ordered were equally good as well without being too overpowering. Overall great ambiance, service, and food. Will definitely be back!
I thought I reviewed Vaso before Welp tonight was exceptional!!!! I didn't take pics because I could've sworn I I already had Anyway We had the BEST service!!! The chicken sandwich croissants were delish as app We got Seafood paella for three people It was sufficient! It was phenomenally tasty! I also personally loved the pineapple cider Ambiance is lively and fun
This was our second time visiting Vaso, and overall, it was not bad, but not worth the money. The drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was good, but ordering food from there is risky. We ordered the Duck cannolis, which were bland and didn't have much going on. The Deviled eggs with yuzu were also underwhelming. The Prosciutto flatbread was dominated by the ricotta cheese. The smoked burrata was absolutely delicious! So we went 1/4 on getting our money's worth. My girlfriend and I felt disappointed as each dish cost $18-$25 for a very small portion. I don't think we will go back (definitely not for food) as it is very difficult to tell what food will wow us and be worth the rather high price tag. Maybe for drinks only.
Good news first .... The vibe, view and our server were a total VIBE!!!! Even the overhead music is cool! Bad news- food was quite off. Tiger shrimp was bland no site or flavor of garlic as the menu promised and even the pepperchinis were bland.! Crab cakes were over cooked to a hard crunchiness, short rib was good but inconsistently cooked; some parts tender and other parts dry. Purple potato salad had crunchy under cooked potatoes. I'd go back for the rooftop vibe and cocktails.
This was my first time checking out this spot and it's the new year. I went with a friend of mine who invited me out for some drinks. Let's start with the ambiance. Real nice and on top of the 8th floor right next to the AC Hotel in Dublin. They have special drinks and appetizers. This is like Stories on High downtown but in the heart of Bridge Park. I will definitely come back when it is warmer outside so we can sit on the roof. Service was top notch and definitely a whole vibe!
